It is never too late to learn to swim or improve your swimming technique!


Swimming is one of the best ways to keep fit as when you swim you use many of the muscles in your body with very little stress on your joints.

Beginners: Adult sessions offer a friendly environment to meet the challenge and learn the basics.


Improvers: those who are able to swim, but are very inefficient in their stroke technique.
