Teen Fitness & Fun

An informal swimming session for teenagers. Improve your fitness and have fun with your friends. This is not a formal lesson it is a relaxed environment, we warm up together then you can choose to do your own choice of swimming or follow instruction from a qualified teacher if you prefer. We always complete the session with a team game.

Sessions are currently held on a Wednesday evening with Siobhan.
